Clinical Medical Manager

The position

 As a Clinical Medical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical trial excellence and early therapy area development. Your responsibilities will include: Partnering with Clinical Operations to provide scientific and medical expertise during trial planning, start-up, recruitment, and retention in Western Region. Gathering and analysing actionable insights to optimise trial outcomes and execution. Engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, and site staff to build strong relationships and ensure readiness for trial execution. Providing early medical and scientific input into product development, incorporating the perspectives of clinicians and patients. Establishing a strong presence in new and current therapy areas through scientific engagement and communication of Novo Nordisk's pipeline.
