Job summary
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and forward-thinking Clinical Matron to lead and enhance the delivery of high-quality care across our Inpatient Maternity Services within the Women & Children's Division.

This pivotal leadership role spans a diverse portfolio, including our inpatient antenatal ward, triage and scheduled care services, and inpatient postnatal ward. As a visible, proactive and approachable leader, you will champion family-centred care, uphold the highest standards of safety and quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development across these specialist areas.

To provide clinical, professional and midwifery leadership to a group of wards in a clinical team/ teams.
