Clinical Manager, RN

Salary Range $106,000 to $118,000 plus a 10% yearly bonus and a Sign on Bonus of $15,000 

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of nursing experience and 2 years of ER experience

The Clinical Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the clinical team—excluding providers and radiology personnel—including nursing staff and EMTs. While not directly involved in patient care, the Clinical Manager is accountable for ensuring that all care delivered is in alignment with hospital clinical policies and protocols. This role promotes a culture of teamwork, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
