Clinical Lead
Permanent, Full Time (43 hours per week)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join our warm and friendly team at Whitgift House.
The Clinical Lead is an integral role within the Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care to our residents.
As Clinical Lead, you will oversee clinical standards, lead nursing and care teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.
This role bridges management and frontline care; promoting best practice, continuous improvement, and a culture of dignity and compassion. It supports high clinical standards, resident wellbeing, and team development within a multidisciplinary care environment.
