Clinical Lead – Crisis Services & Therapeutic Care

Salary : £65,000–£85,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location : Flexible / Multi-site – you will be required to visit the head office in East London (minimum 4 times per month) and sites across the country to meet our young people and staff face to face. There will also be many remote working opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead to join our growing organisation and help shape outstanding outcomes for some of the most vulnerable young people in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to provide clinical leadership across our specialist crisis service and wider group, including supporting two Ofsted-registered children's homes. Many of the young people we support present with highly complex needs and may be subject to Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) or other restrictive interventions.
