Clinical Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Band 7 Clinical Lead Nurse to join the All Age Continuing Care (AACC) service within North East and North Cumbria ICB .

This is a senior clinical leadership role, providing expert oversight and professional leadership across All Age Continuing Care including NHS Continuing Healthcare, and Complex Care pathways. The post holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care, in line with the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and Complex Care Pathways .
