You will analyze test results for a diverse patient population, including pediatric, neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, and ensure that results are reviewed, interpreted, and reported accurately to the appropriate providers or locations. The position requires maintaining rigorous quality control, quality assurance, and preventive maintenance in accordance with department policies, effectively using all laboratory computer systems, and meeting yearly state-mandated educational requirements.
