This position plays a key leadership role within the laboratory while remaining hands-on in general chemistry and hematology. Rotating weekend and holiday call responsibilities occur every fifth or sixth weekend. The ideal candidate is ASCP certified as a Clinical Lab Scientist and brings a minimum of two years of experience in general chemistry and hematology laboratory settings. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound critical thinking abilities, and a collaborative approach to supporting both the lab team and patient care.
