Clinical Instructor (N4) - Medicine

Position Overview

Under the direction of the Manager of Education Services and in collaboration with the Program Director and Managers, the Education Instructor will demonstrate a commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Key beliefs of Victoria General Hospital. The role is program‑based and responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of care through clinical practice, consultation, education, research, and community service; participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new clinical and educational programs; and performing other duties as required. The Education Instructor will provide facility‑wide continuous quality improvement through leadership and example.

Experience

• Five (5) years of current relevant clinical nursing experience (required).
• Two (2) years of teaching experience in health education and/or adult education (required).
