Parkview Regional Medical Center (PRMC) is accepting applications for a clinical generalist pharmacist Position Details:
The clinical generalist will provide pharmaceutical care services to the acute care patients of PRMC & Parkview Hospital Randallia in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Clinical generalists rotate through clinical and distribution services, however, could anticipate being assigned to a clinical pharmacist role >70% of the month. These services include, but are not limited to, multidisciplinary rounding 7 days per week, pharmacy consult services, medication monitoring, and proper documentation of patient medication therapy, as well as advising physicians on matters pertaining to drug usage and optimization within assigned hospital locations. Additionally, providing accurate drug information, review and verification of medication orders, oversight of preparation and dispensing activities and systems is also critical.
