Clinical Director

Job summary
Clinical Director will provide strong clinical leadership across the collaborative working closely with the Clinical Director for Transformation and the Programme Director. The role will promote the development of clinical practice across NCEL CAMHS, ensuring safe and effective practice, systems of clinical involvement and provide assurance of quality to the ELFT and NCEL CAMHS Provider Collaborative governance system. The post holder will need to be creative and flexible as you will participate in the future development of the Provider Collaborative.

Main duties of the job
The NCEL PC has a clinical team supporting decision making about admissions to in-patient and day services and to Home Treatment Teams. The team also maintain quality oversight following admissions and work to facilitate appropriate discharge plans and community engagement.
