+ Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:
Plans, coordinates, and implements nutrition therapy services for assigned patient populations as a competent-level dietitian.
Responsibilities:
+ Assesses patient's nutritional status and needs, deriving nutrition diagnosis from assessment data.
+ Develops interventions and plan of care on best available evidence and best practices.
+ Assesses patient understanding and compliance with nutrition interventions and plan of care. Monitors patient progress; measures and evaluates patient outcomes. <...
