Support the mental health community as a Clinical Counsellor in Fraser Health’s Primary Care Network. This role is crucial for guiding clients through their mental health journeys remotely and onsite.

You will assess client needs, implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing support to individuals with mental health and substance use challenges.
