The Fono is seeking an experienced, values-driven Clinical Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our busy healthcare practice sites.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of frontline services, exceptional patient experiences, operational excellence, and the ongoing development of our administration and reception teams.

As the operational leader at your site, you will oversee reception services, appointment utilisation, patient flow, revenue collection, claims processing, data integrity, quality assurance, health and safety compliance, and practice presentation.
