About the role
Avania is looking for a Clinical Contracts Associate to join our growing clinical contracts team. As the fourth member of the team, you will support clinical trial startup by developing and negotiating site contracts and budgets across the US and international markets.
You will act as a facilitator between sites, sponsors, and internal teams, helping resolve contract and budget issues while keeping startup timelines on track. This role is well suited to an experienced clinical contracts professional who can work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and provide practical guidance in a developing department and growing global company.
