Clinical Consultant IV - Primary Care

**This position is hybrid and requires being onsite in Seattle/Renton, WA

This role supports Primary Care in the Washington market and collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders overseeing access, productivity, finance, operational workflows, data analysis to support market priorities and initiatives and member experience. Will collaborate with leaders to manage performance and outcomes of more than 6 clinics across Washington and 1-2 service lines. Serves as a consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state.
