Clinical Applications Specialist

The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) plays a pivotal role in bridging customer needs with diagnostic product excellence. You will support implementation, optimize workflows, deliver training, and ensure sustained success across laboratory and clinical environments.

This role requires the ability to work outside standard office hours when needed. The successful candidate must have the physical ability to operate and troubleshoot lab equipment, conduct onsite training, and willingness to travel extensively—up to 80%, domestic and (occasionally) international.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute implementation plans for In Vitro diagnostics (IVD) systems in client labs, covering workflow, sample accessioning, Quality Control (QC), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) integration, and result reporting.
