• Perform instrument installations, validations, verifications, and training inside and outside the assigned territory as directed by the Clinical Applications Manager.
• Coordinate the instrument go‑live process with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction and base maintenance within the assigned territory.
• Provide customer clinical and technical support and education; instruct on proper operation and clinical utilization of Werfen products.
