Clinic Operations
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with MOH/HCSA regulations and clinic SOPs.
- Monitor clinic cleanliness, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
- Supervise and schedule clinic assistants to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Foster a positive and professional working environment.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Manage billing processes, including private patients and TPA/insurance claims (e.g., Fullerton, Alliance, MHC, etc.).
