CLINIC MANAGER - KALEIDOSCOPE THERAPY CENTRE

Job Responsibilities:

Clinical Operations : Lead and manage clinical operations across the Kaleidoscope Group of Companies that include:

• Manage the schedules of clinical staff and ensure accurate data entry into the Scheduling Management System by the front-desk staff.
• Manage the schedules of clinical staff and locums attached to Kaleidoscope or its affiliates across our B2B partners (clinics, hospitals, pre-schools, therapy centers, etc.)
• Ensure accurate data entry into the Customer Relationship Management System by the sales staff.
• Direct and manage the front-desk staff on all front-desk activities (taking client calls, receiving clients, payment collection, etc.)
• Create annual expense budgets for clinic operations and ensure that expenses stay within budgets.
