Job Description
- We are a Chiropractic clinic, looking for friendly, mature and hardworking individuals with excellent customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position and requires weekend (Saturday only) availability.
- At least 1 year experience in working in healthcare clinics is a must.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Experience in aesthetic clinics or private clinics is welcome.
- Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty
- Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments
- Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
- Following up with patients
- Assist the doctors in the day to day operation
- Basic clinic housekeeping
- Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.
