We are hiring a remote Client Support Specialist to support hospital clients with account inquiries, reconciliation issues, reporting, and ongoing client follow-up. This is a great fit for someone who has experience managing a book of business, client portfolio, assigned accounts, or ongoing customer/client relationships in a support, billing, banking, healthcare, finance, or operations environment.
This is not a sales role — the focus is on client support, account resolution, reporting, Excel, reconciliation, and relationship management.
Responsibilities:

+ Support assigned hospital clients with account-related questions and requests

+ Research and resolve account discrepancies and reconciliation issues

+ Generate and analyze reports using Excel and internal systems

+ Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on open client items
