About the role

BSI Regulatory Services is looking for a Client Support Advisor who will provide administrative support and engage with our clients.

Responsibilities

To handle all incoming calls from external and internal clients in an effective manner, ensuring that the BSI Client First principles are maintained at all times. Delivering a first time resolution where possible.

Working as part of our Client Administration Team to ensure all activities are covered within the overall Client Services Team.

Actively contacting our clients to resolve client requests, focusing on voice interaction as our preferred method of communication.
