About theRole
We're hiring a Client SuccessTeam Lead to own the entire client journey after the sale, from onboardingthrough ongoing support and long-term success. You'll be the single point ofaccountability for making sure every client launches smoothly, adopts theplatform, gets fast and effective support, and keeps growing with us. You'lllead the client operations team day to day, set the bar for how we work withclients, and build the playbooks that let this function scale.
