Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive customer success and long‑term value realization for ABB’s digital solutions within the Marine Service and Digital business. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing utilization of digital services that improve operational performance and business outcomes. Each day, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, renewal success, and growth opportunities while helping expand ABB’s digital footprint across the marine industry.
