Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship as the primary point of contact from kickoff to closeout
- Manage up to 20 concurrent technical engagements, coordinating engineering teams and AI delivery tools
- Run structured engagement cadences including discovery sessions, FRD reviews, UAT, and hypercare
- Enforce scope discipline and manage change requests to ensure project profitability
- Utilize AI tools like Claude to produce client‑facing artifacts and maintain project documentation
- Identify follow‑on projects and managed services opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management or client delivery at a software services or consulting firm
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft
- Proficiency using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar) in daily workflows
