Client Servicing Executive

Fairfest is a leading tradeshow organiser, with active operations in India and the United States, and a global team.

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to support the Buyer / Visitor acquisition team through outbound calling, client coordination, and event-related sales support activities.

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls to trade visitors, buyers, and industry stakeholders
• Follow up on registrations, applications, and event participation opportunities
• Assist in managing event operations and client onboarding
• Maintain trackers, databases, and reports using Excel & Google Sheets
• Handle follow-ups and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
