**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
+ Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation
+ Support internal teams with client-related requests
+ Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment

**Qualifications:**

+ Previous customer service or client support experience preferred
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
+ Banking experience preferred
+ Ability to multitask and stay organized
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
