Client services & service delivery manager

Hybrid Working Model. A technology-driven business requires an experienced Client Services & Service Delivery Manager to lead customer support operations for a specialised enterprise data services portfolio, serving as the key link between clients, internal technical teams, and commercial stakeholders.

This role requires a strong people leader to manage the Engineers and Onboarding teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational oversight and consistent client communication.
