Client Services Rep 2 - Meeting Planner

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate as an integral part of the client Core Team which comprises of meeting planners, speaker bureau planners, logistics planners, customer success managers, compliance specialists and tech support and other planner roles supporting overall planning (pre and post) of each meeting..
+ Act as the IQVIA Program Owner and coordinate all aspects of the planning and delivery of relevant meeting logistics in a timely manner within the client’s business rules and budgetary requirement.
+ Lead communication and planning with Program Host supporting all aspects of the following:
+ HCP Speaker for meeting date within contractual parameters
+ Venue, food/beverage, and AV confirmation with Logistics Planner
+ Ensuring set-up for virtual meeting types are timely - virtual meeting URL details and virtual moderator
+ Attendee RSVPs to ensure minimums are met
+ Ensure program host meeting closeout
