Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Dobson & Toncic team in Burlington.The Client Service Specialist will provide support and assistance to the Senior Account Executive. This includes preparing and processing financial services proposals/statements in a timely manner; management of client documentation and client inquiries; and maintaining client files and all related information in secure client database.This role requires 4 days/week in office and will require some regional travel to visit clients.The Client Service Specialist will:Provide confidential support to the Senior Account ExecutivePrepare Marketing, Renewal and New Business Proposals for the Senior Account ExecutiveAct as a main point of contact for client’s enquiries; responding to client questions and requests within one business dayMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in profe...
