Client Service Specialist - Insurance & Aftercare

Momentum is seeking a client service professional to deliver high-quality support to clients across inbound calls, emails and walk-in interactions. You will respond to queries within service levels and regulatory requirements, escalate where needed, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

The role requires Matric, a related qualification, 2–3 years in a call centre or client service environment, and proficiency in English plus another SA official language.
