Client Service Professional / Cashier / Precious Metals Sales (m/w/d)

Your tasks

To strengthen our team in Geneva , we are looking for a committedClient Service Professional who enjoys direct client engagement and is passionate about working in the field of precious metal sales and safe deposit box consulting. Your tasks include:

• Performing cashier and counter duties, processing high-value cash, card, and bank transfer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Advising on safe deposit boxes, secure storage, and duty-free warehouse solutions
• Processing of purchase and sale transactions
• Participating incustomer events, trade fairs, and in-house events
• Ensuring compliance with compliance and money laundering regulations in day-to-day business
• Supporting daily reconciliations, audit trails, and internal reporting requirements
• Working closely with experienced relationship managers and gaining insights into the international precious metals business
