Support the team by providing administration duties such as:
Ensuring account opening forms are in order, initiate and/or follow up on account opening documents and/or any other documents relating to PB transactions as well as interface with clients to ensure completeness of documentation;Ensuring efficient and prompt management of orders, execution of transactions (eg equity, FX, bonds, investment products)Communicate and respond in a timely fashion with internal stakeholders to support clients’ requirements Establish credit facilities for clients and provide monitoring support on account shortfallProvide necessary information and support to:
