Under direct supervision, the Client Service Associate II utilizes intermediate skills obtained through experience and training to assist Financial Advisors and provide clients with quality service. The role involves following established procedures to perform routine tasks and receiving general guidance to handle a variety of non-routine tasks with limited decision-making responsibility.
