Client Retention Specialist - Boost Trading & Engagement

PU Prime is seeking a Retention Expert in Kuala Lumpur to strengthen client relationships, boost trading activity, and re-engage dormant accounts. You will work with Sales, Premium, and Marketing to implement retention strategies and educate clients on MT4/MT5, WebTrader, and mobile apps.

The role focuses on improving satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term account value, while meeting KPIs for activity, deposits, and retention. Multilingual communication helps serve an international client base.
