Your contributions will ensure high levels of post-sale satisfaction and ongoing improvement in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong client relationships through proactive service
• Support sales with presentations on pension products
• Assist in the installation process with plan sponsors
• Conduct Plan Administrator training sessions
• Participate in pension committee and investment reviews
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in the Canadian pension industry
