Client Onboarding Manager - Global Asset Manager

Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Onboarding Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new separately managed accounts, commingled funds, and sub-advisory relationships. Coordinate account opening across multiple custodians. Gather and document client-specific requirements: investment guidelines, restricted securities, liquidity terms, reporting frequency, and fee basis points. Work with client's operations and consultant teams to agree on data delivery methods Compliance & Regulatory Ensure all AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), FATCA, and CRS documentation is collected and verified. Partner with Legal and Compliance Testing & Client Sign-Off Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients – confirm trade execution, reporting, and compliance rule monitoring work as expected.
