This is a pivotal role working closely with advisers, lenders and clients to ensure loan applications are handled smoothly, compliantly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the home loan journey
• Provide clear, timely updates and respond to client queries with professionalism and empathy
• Assist advisers with preparing, submitting and tracking loan applications
• Collect, verify and manage client documentation in line with lender and regulatory requirements
