Client Manager

A leading retention agency based in the UK that has a hub in CT is looking for an experienced Client Manager. You will lead a team in delivering email marketing services for e-commerce clients. You will be in direct communication with the clients and will be in charge of leading your team and implementing effective email marketing strategies for your clients.

Overview of core responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 5 to deliver and implement email marketing services.
• Be the main point of contact for up to 10-12 ecommerce clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Provide leadership and direction for day to day operations and administrative tasks within the team.
• Building email marketing strategies for clients.
• Creating client progress reports.
