Client-Facing IT & Operations Engineer (Pre-Sales)

Rayn Group. is looking for an IT Support & Operations Engineer to deliver remote support across various clients. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in IT support and a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

This role involves troubleshooting, managing service desk tickets, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Candidates with familiarity in ITIL practices and relevant certifications will be preferred. Flexibility in working hours is required.
