At Mintlayer, closing an MWS enterprise client is the beginning, not the end — the delivery quality, milestone transparency, and ongoing client health determine whether that client becomes a reference, an expansion, and an advocate.

• Own the post-sale delivery lifecycle for all MWS institutional client deployments
• Manage client expectations through transparent communication on timelines, scope changes, and technical dependencies
• Coordinate internal teams on client delivery milestones
• Build and maintain the MWS client delivery playbook
• Monitor client health post-launch: usage metrics, support ticket patterns, and relationship risk indicators
