We are seeking an experienced **Client Care Specialist** to own client communication after sign-up and guide clients through the early stages of their case. This role is responsible for protecting the client experience at every touchpoint—building trust, maintaining momentum, and preventing issues before they escalate.
You will handle welcome calls, proactive check-ins, routine client questions, and early issue resolution while tracking client sentiment, managing timelines, and helping prevent complaints, drop-offs, and negative reviews.
This is a **relationship-driven role** for someone who communicates clearly, follows through consistently, and understands how strong client care directly impacts trust, retention, and referrals.
