LuxuryForYou.com is Dubai's home for Gucci, Saint Laurent, Prada, Balenciaga, Fendi, Miu Miu, Chloé and 1,200+ designer names, delivered to your door across the UAE and GCC. We are a fast-growing online luxury house, and we are building a personal, one-to-one client experience that feels closer to a private stylist than an online store.
About the role
This is a sales-first, relationship-driven role. Every day you receive warm leads: who added a designer bag or piece to their cart but did not finish checkout. Your job is to call them, build rapport in Arabic, understand what they wanted, and close the sale.
From there you stay in touch on WhatsApp as their personal client advisor: sharing new arrivals, new bags, and limited drops, and helping them shop season after season. You are the voice and the relationship behind LuxuryForYou for our English and Arabic-speaking clients.
