Position: Client Acquisition Associate

Location: Kolkata, - Park Street/Salt Lake

We are hiring a Client Acquisition Associate for one of our clients, who will be responsible for engaging with existing/potential clients and leads to identify new investment opportunities, drive conversions, and support business growth in mutual fund investments.

Key Responsibilities

·      Reach out to existing/potential clients and leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to re-engage and explore new investment opportunities

·      Recommend relevant mutual fund options based on client profiles and past interactions

·      Follow up consistently with interested or inactive clients to drive conversions

·      Maintain and update client records (interaction notes, interest level, next steps) in CRM or internal trackers
