Position Overview

Clerical Associate – Line PCA-8 – Temporary Part-Time at Runnymede Healthcare Centre. The role is on‑site, weekdays and weekends, 12:00pm to 8:00pm, with an hourly rate of $27.05.

Responsibilities

• Assists team leader(s) to ensure that non‑clinical tasks are completed/followed‑up during and from previous shift(s)
• Ensures timely accomplishment of operational and strategic projects across the floor
• Completes all care delivery, safety and equipment related audits as assigned
• Ensures that admissions, discharges and transfers are coordinated smoothly across the floor
• Registers the patient upon admission
• Contributes to a well‑organized and positive workplace
• Creates a climate of effective communication with staff, patients, SDMs, families and inter‑professional team members
