Primary Purpose: This position provides clerical assistance to ensure smooth operation within the Prince Albert undergraduate student office at the College of Nursing. Providing professional assistance is instrumental to this position. This position is also responsible for providing coverage and assisting with other clerical work within the College as needed.

Nature of Work: Reporting to the Undergraduate Programs Coordinator, this position is responsible for managing a daily routine to ensure ongoing efficient operation of the College of Nursing. In addition to routine tasks, this position provides impromptu support to faculty and staff for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
