Job Description
- Manage daily operations of job site including quality, safety, environment and health
- Comply and accomplish contract obligation at site without liquidation damages incurred. Assist in coordinating and liaising with clients at project sites
- Hire and retain manpower needs
- Ensure accuracy of daily attendance reporting. Communicate assigned cleaning duties to the cleaning team
- Conduct regular check on the quality of work produced by cleaners to upkeep the cleaning standard
- Keeping/ordering stocks ensuring inventory at optimal level
- Any job duties assigned by management or any authorised personnel. Monitor cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery
