Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team's daily tasks and schedules.
• Perform hands‑on electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Plan and carry out preventative maintenance on machinery, systems, and facilities.
• Supervise contractors and external service providers required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor maintenance logs, reports, and inventory of tools/spare parts.
• Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
• Collaborate with production and operations team to minimize downtime.
