Classroom AV Systems Specialist

Job Description Summary The Classroom AV Systems Specialist installs, configures, maintains, and supports audiovisual technology in Chapman University classrooms and collaboration spaces. Under the direction of the Learning Spaces Technology Manager, the Specialist performs hands-on installation and integration of AV systems, provides Tier 2/3 technical support for complex classroom AV issues, and ensures the ongoing reliability of equipment through preventive maintenance and rapid issue resolution. This role supports project execution for classroom design and redesign initiatives and assists with vendor coordination and inventory management.
